Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mirin (rice wine)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium sized pot set at medium high temp. As soon as the butter is melted add the rest of the ingredients starting with the liquids. Heat until the mixture starts to bubble, remove from heat and let sit for around 5 minutes before coating fully cooked wings. Add sesame seeds for an added crunch.
