Hawaiian Pineapple Pork

  • Canned pineapple chunks
  • Cornstarch
  • Honey
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Powdered Ginger
  • Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Boneless Pork
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Directions

    Heat up Pork in large sauce pan in 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil on medium high. Add Canned Pineapple, Honey, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Powdered Ginger and Minced Garlic. Add Salt and pepper to taste.

    Once fully cooked, about 10 minutes, spoon out about 2 tablespoons of juices from pan into small mixing bowl or large measuring cup. Add Cornstarch and mix until no lumps remain. Add Cornstarch mixture to main dish and stir thoroughly.

    Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice.
